How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Nokia is expanding its existing Electro-Mechanical Engineering team and is seeking candidates to work in the following areas:
- Mechanical Engineer
- Structural HW Engineer
- MCAD design
- Thermal design
Key Skills And Experience
High level focus areas (scope depends on position):
- Contribute to hardware architectural design, have responsibility for specified features
- Carry out product design work along with product specifications and creating and releasing documentation (CAD drawings)
- Run advanced thermal simulations to enhance product performance and ease of installation
- conduct FEM and stack-up (GD&T) analysis
- Perform thermal analysis at system level, board level, and component level with minimal to no support.
- Evaluate the CFD results using heat transfer and thermodynamic principles, in conjunction with thorough comparison against analytical results.
- Review thermal setup and validate the CFD results with results from the tests carried out on manufactured products in experimental testing
