Within the broader Brand Marketing team, the IG Private Wealth Management team leads the development and execution of winning brand strategies and effective marketing plans to build out a consistent, best-in-class HNW brand & client experience with a focus on digital engagement.

The Role

The Senior Manager of HNW/ Private Wealth brand marketing and client experience is responsible to drive the marketing planning process for our high value clients and to drive deeper engagement, and a differentiated client experience for the IG Private Wealth Management brand. Uncovering opportunities to increase revenue, retention and referrals for Advisors serving high value clients.

This includes identifying, understanding and reconciling any shifts in business needs, advisor and investor insights and competitive and industry trends that may impact, IG Private Wealth Management and IG Private Company Advisory.

Main responsibilities include:

Private Wealth Client experience design & enhancement

  • Map and improve the HNW client journey. Identify key moments that matter and ensure the delivery of a seamless, high-quality experiences integrated across both traditional offline and digital channels, tailored to the firm’s High Net worth (HNW) and Ultra high net worth clients

  • Champion client centricity – work cross functionally with operations, distribution and CX teams to implement enhancements based on client feedback, data insights and market trends

  • Equip advisors with consistent, CX-aligned resources (digital experiences, brochures and other sales materials) that enhance their interactions with clients and prospects

Private Wealth thought leadership and content strategy

  • Create impactful client and advisor facing content. Develop materials, tools and campaigns that equip advisors to address high-priority client needs and drive engagement on key wealth management topics

  • Enhance advisor and client interactions. Deliver solutions that support advisors in building trust and providing value to clients through meaningful, customized experiences

Brand leadership for Private Company Advisory

  • Serve as the Marketing lead for PCA. Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives to build awareness and drive engagement with business owners.

  • Create impactful content. Develop and manage newsletters, video content and other marketing materials that effectively communicate PCA’s value proposition and services

  • Drive targeted digital marketing campaigns. Lead efforts to market PCA’s offering to business owners, ensuring alignment with the firms’ overall brand and strategic priorities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders. Work closely with PCA Leadership, advisors and internal marketing inhouse teams to ensure initiatives resonate and deliver measurable results.

Lifestyle partnerships

  • Identify and explore lifestyle partnership opportunities. Research and evaluate potential collaborations with third party providers to enhance the client experience and offer value added services aligned with client needs.

  • Manage existing and new partnerships. Oversee the implementation and integration of partnerships, ensuring they align with the firm’s brand and client- centric approach

  • Innovate and enhance the client journey. Continuously seek ways to enrich client offerings by introducing innovative services and solutions that resonate

Qualifications:

  • Superior strategic planning, marketing and communications capabilities.

  • Digital journey development, digital marketing, design thinking,

  • Strong knowledge of wealth management and asset management

  • Proven success working with sales distribution and product management/investment teams.

  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills at multiple levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • A track record of results in Client Experience Marketing.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Project Management: Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Innovation: Self-starter who proactively brings ideas and optimization recommendations to the team.

  • Bilingualism: French and English proficiency is an asset.

  • Technical Skills: Power User of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

Education:

  • A University degree with an emphasis on Marketing, Business Administration or Economics.
  • MBA
  • CSC preferred

As this position is posted in Montréal, Toronto and Winnipeg, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English.
