We are looking for a Senior Manager who will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and success of business initiatives and will contribute to the implementation of the strategic and tactical initiatives of the Quebec plan. This position will play a key and strategic role in achieving business objectives and will report to the Director, Planning and Support, Quebec. This position does not involve team management.
Duties include :

Act as a business lead and market segment expert, particularly for the entrepreneur segment.

Implementing tactics and initiatives to achieve the objectives of the Quebec strategic plan; client acquisition, growth, profitability, talent acquisition and visibility.

Evaluate and provide recommendations to the Quebec management team on business opportunities that can contribute to the realization and success of the strategic plan, achieving business targets and financial results.

Manage strategic partnerships and identify business opportunities.

Contribute to the development of a comprehensive coaching program offering superior advice and financial planning value propositions to key client segments.

Contribute to the visibility and notoriety of our brand among high-net-worth clients and key client markets.
Qualifications and skills :
-
University or college degree in a relevant field
-
Five years of experience in the financial services industry
-
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and distribution models
-
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to establish and maintain business relationships
-
Action driven and results oriented
-
Strategic thinking
-
Negotiation and influencing skills
-
Experience with entrepreneurial clients is an asset

Holding a Financial Planner designation is an asset
-
Holding a CPA designation is an asset
-
Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, facilitation and presentation)

Proficiency in Office 365 suite

Bilingualism (French-English) required, as the candidate will need to work closely with English-speaking teams in Canada
