Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, the Manager, Investor Relations will undertake various initiatives to support the Strategic Partnership Attraction Strategy for Hub350’s Finance Pillar.

Our mission is to support innovation across Ottawa’s business community and empower local technology entrepreneurs to succeed.

Responsibilities: ● Market research to establish pipeline of qualified leads ● Vetting lead list to support Director of Partnerships with outreach and meetings ● Documenting a repeatable process and canned communications materials that can be used for outreach and follow up with prospects ● Attend networking events and community events to generate leads ● Drafting and developing vertical specific value proposition ● Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships ● Preparing corporate go to market collateral (website copy, one pagers, presentations) ● Acting as booking assistant for scheduling meetings with prospects ● Sitting in on pitch and close meetings with prospects ● Onboarding and implementation of new CRM ● Tracking and documenting existing and new partner information as well as prospects via CRM ● Preparing quarterly partner reports and communications specific to their vertical. Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships ● Reporting weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives ● Implementing Discover Technata National/International Roadshow ● Implementing Annual Partner and Investor Summit

Skills & Qualifications: ● Strong time management and organization skills ● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ● Experience working with CRMs and Microsoft Office applications ● Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment ● Experience in/passion for the finance industry is an asset ● Marketing and event experience is an asset
