Principal responsibilities

· Equities Technology and Securities Financing Tech solve some of the most interesting and complex problems in the financial industry to help our global business and its customers succeed. Shipping code early and often using Agile and DevOps engineering practices is critical for us to deliver business value, with continuous improvement and learning at the centre of everything we do.

· We are motivated by pushing the boundaries of financial and technological innovation, in an open, inclusive, and diverse environment.

· We are currently seeking a talented professional with strong automation skills to join our team as a Full Stack engineer in our Guangzhou office.

· You will be responsible for data analysis, maintenance of data import jobs, data visualization and tooling development.

· You will help us to build and maintain those tools and dashboards, enabling the production practice and engineering teams to build and operate their platforms while adhering to standards.

· You will have excellent Python, SQL and database experience, along with strong web development skills using libraries such as React.

· Being a problem solver, coming up with ideas of improving things, paying attention to detail and precision should be important to you.

· You will have an understanding of software development lifecycles and modern software delivery approaches such as continuous delivery.

· You are a strong team player with good communication skills comfortable to interact with various stakeholders.

· You are comfortable with change and teams and technology and you are interested in simplifying and automating tasks.
