Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Credit Card, Premium Card Products & Servicing.
Principal Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end customer experience from journey development to serving premium banking customer on their lifestyle and card benefit related requests
- From time to time review and enhance customer serving model, lifestyle privilege and implement card product feature in response to the market landscape and customer needs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Bank Relationship Manger and Contact Center to collectively serve the customers with all-rounded services
- Participate in new product development with end to end exposure from project planning , management to delivery. Support manager in P&L management, requirement scoping, vendor negotiation and risk clearance.
- Support day-to-day business tasks including but not limited to cost control and monitoring, competitor review and internal compliance and risk stewards clearance when required
- Degree holder in relevant disciplines
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills to build strong relationship bonding with customers
- Work experience on credit card, loans or analytical areas or experience in serving UHNW customer would be a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in banking
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Self-driven with strong drive and positive working attitude
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking
- Fluent in Cantonese and English with good presentation skills
