As a Lead Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of advanced systems, where you will have ownership for systems at every aspect of the system’s life cycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines to drive growth and reach critical business milestones by design, develop, and integrating highly complex systems within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership
  • Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
