The objective of the role is to lead the effective growth and delivery of the Canadian P3 Education and Corrections center Vertical Business. To achieve AOP targets through a continuous improvement process that best places HBS to achieve high-performance outcomes. Stabilization of process and a robust MOS will need to be enhanced in parallel to developing and maintaining executive relationships with the industry and facilities of responsibly. To further develop a high performing team and deliver to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a talented, engaged, and high-performing Facility Management Team of P3 Education and Corrections center Vertical -Canada
  • Takes ownership for overall Business performance for the P3 Education and Corrections center business in Canada
  • Cost Control & Productivity
  • Overlook the Project Management organization in terms of standardization ,productivity and sales pursuit for capital projects
  • Manage contractual compliance across P3 Education and Corrections center portfolio
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment at all times across government Infra facilities
  • Must be able to travel 40% of the time (across Canada and the US)

Key Success Factors

  • Achieve Business AOP Financial Goals- Orders, Rev & OI
  • Achieve Past Due and working capital Goals
  • Drive compliance and forecast quality
  • Avoid abatements and/or penalties
  • Early Contract risk

Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000 (base salary) + target bonus of 10%

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years’ leadership experience in the building services, industrial services, Facility Management or similar industries
  • Past experience to manage direct reports

WE VALUE

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
  • Prior P3 experience
  • Good management experience with C$20M+ P&L
  • Project & contract management experience will be of great value
  • Strong understanding of Opex and Capex operating model
  • Good communicator
  • Strong tactical and strategic skills required.
