We are looking for a Sr Sales Analytics Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

A sales analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting sales data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving sales performance. Their primary responsibilities revolve around collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop standard and ad-hoc analytics, and develop capabilities to drive revenue growth.
The role includes:

  • Data Analysis and Modeling: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, including customer behavior, sales trends, product performance, and market dynamics. Develop and maintain complex data models to extract insights and identify patterns using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
  • Conduct SIP Process critical for payments to seller.
  • AI Integration and Automation: Explore and apply AI techniques, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, to enhance sales analytics capabilities. Develop algorithms and models to automate repetitive tasks, improve sales forecasting accuracy, and provide insights to commercial leaders.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management. Support the design and development of data visualizations, charts, and dashboards using tools like Salesforce CRMA, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance against targets and objectives. Identify areas of improvement and deploy capabilities to enable action plan to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with commercial excellence teams, marketing, finance, and other departments to foster collaboration and alignment. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, providing guidance and support to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices in sales analysis. Seek opportunities for professional development and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
    Overall, a sales analyst plays a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance by analyzing data, providing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies.


  • Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with sales data sources and structures.
  • 5+ years’ experience in an analytics role
  • 3+ years’ experience with data visualization tools (E.g. Tableau, PowerBI, CRMA)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to stay updated with emerging data visualization trends and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Good communication and presentation skills to convey information effectively to team members.
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
