As a Sr. Procurement Project Management Specialist, you will have a strong understanding of project management activities, including the end-to-end project management process in a fast paced, complex business environment. You will work within a team of collaborative colleagues, working on high-impact projects that move the business forward. You will help your team meet deadlines, track, monitor and summarize progress of projects, and prepare reports for senior leadership regarding the status and project of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models and schemas to support analytical and reporting requirements for supplier level productivity opportunities (using PFES details)
• Built automated data flows to drive BOM level analysis at supplier level.
• Strong in data analytics and able to gather information from various sources and translate into a usable data, enabling leadership to make decision.
• Managing project scope and change, and reporting the current and future performance of all assigned projects
• Good command on MS Excel and Data visualization tools like Power BI & Tableau.
• Knowledge on MS SQL Database Design, working with queries and stored procedures.
• Hands on experience in working with Power query.
• Solution Mindset with good analytical capabilities
• Experience in testing and debugging the application.
• Excellent project management and requirements definition skills.

YOU MUST HAVE

· Graduate or Post Graduate degree and some experience in Procurement and leading projects.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Able to articulate points of view with senior leaders but execute plans when directed.
