KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Disassemble and examine electromechanical products through tear down processes
• Analyze product design, functionality, and performance
• Conduct benchmarking studies to compare products against industry standards and competitors
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for product enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design changes and improvements
• Should cost mechanical components

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Proven experience in advanced engineering and process optimization
• English communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
