As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for servicing a defined number of resellers with the goal of growing our mutual business together. You will be responsible for understanding your partner’s individual business needs and value propositions. You will serve as liaison between Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing and Distributors and your assigned resellers. You will work with your resellers to develop annual strategic plans and coordinate with other resources to execute. You will implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales projects and activities. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with project managers and customers. Candidates will work remotely and based in Colorado or Arizona for a Western US territory.

The annual base salary for this position is $81,000-$110,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales or equivalent experience
  • Valid Drivers' License


  • A proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in Channel Sales
  • Experience with AIDC solution sales
  • Technical acumen
  • Excellent teaming and communication skills
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • An ability to influence across a broader organization
  • Salesforce experience
