If so, join the Honeywell Channel Enablement Team who is responsible for driving the Honeywell Commercial Security Brand in the Distribution Channel. You will foster brand awareness by maintaining regular distributor and dealer contact. You will develop customer relationships by facilitating branch events & activities, attending trade shows, seminars, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell Commercial Security products through technical presentations, seminars, workshops, lunch & learns and counter days. You will work with distributor partners to tell the Honeywell Commercial Security story and standardize the brand messaging and portfolio positioning. You will work with distributor partners to identify dealer targets in the territory to drive demand for Honeywell at the branch. You will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system, NEX. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends and further develop your sales acumen in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction in a 100% customer-facing role. Most of all, you will be joining an exciting sales team with lots of opportunity to grow and prosper.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Visit Distributor Branch Locations in assigned Region
Merchandise Distributor Locations (provide Inventory recommendations)
Train Distributors and Dealers on Honeywell Product
Facilitate Dealer engagement with the Branch (Counter Days, Training, BBQs, Events, Roadshows, etc.)
Champion New Product Introduction to Distribution Channel in Branches and to Dealers
Campaign & Promo Management
Contribute to Distributor Inventive Program Development
Customer Reporting
Learn the Products
Demo the Products
Identify, coordinate, and attend trade shows, seminars, and events
Customer Account Management

The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000.

MUST HAVE:

• 1 year of Channel Sales or Distribution Management experience

Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures
Demonstrated ability to operate independently
Demonstrated ability to attain sales quotas/targets
Prior industry experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Prior SalesForce, Microsoft Teams & Excel experience
