As a Sales Training Leader here at the Connected Life Sciences business of Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE), you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales teams by developing and implementing enablement strategies to enhance their performance and effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to identify training needs, develop sales enablement programs, measure efficacy, and provide ongoing support to ensure our global sales team is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

You will report directly to the Director of Business Development & Enablement, Connected Life Sciences, and the role can be based out of various locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a high-impact, scalable, world-class sales enablement program for Connected Life Sciences, focused on learning elements to help achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, demand gen, marketing, product management, and other functions to identify and support sales training needs.
  • Engage functional experts to create and deliver training/enablement content, including presentations, playbooks, online resources, etc to support the development of our sales teams.
  • Explore and leverage modernized learning methods and apps to maximize training impact.
  • Partner with Challenger Inc and other learning partners to identify relevant sales skill-building programs to meet development needs.
  • Establish and maintain a systematic method for measuring learning engagement and effectiveness; assess and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enablement strategies to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Develop a feedback process to regularly collect insights and sentiments from the sales teams for ongoing improvement.
  • Prioritize sales enablement roadmap and calendar based on sales performance and feedback, metrics analysis, and business priorities.

Salary Range: $122,000 - $168,000

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years experience in sales enablement or sales training roles
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective business program management
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Life Sciences and/or other highly regulated industry experience, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, genomics, and food & beverage
  • Experience in technology or enterprise software, especially SaaS
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with leadership presence and strong persuasion and influencing abilities
  • Excellent program/project management skills with ability to drive complex strategic and operational initiatives
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement applications and tools
  • Passion for problem solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates ability to build strong relationships with sales and product colleagues
