Lead Electromechanical Technician

Lead a team that maintains and repairs manufacturing equipment. You will work under minimal supervision and support some of the world's most talented production maintenance technicians. You will use your maintenance technician expertise to conduct preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. You will lead, direct the work of, mentor and train other maintenance technicians. This position will have a primary focus on electrical controls systems maintenance and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Equipment troubleshooting
• Equipment Repair
• Test equipment
• Identify parts for replacement
• Preventative maintenance

YOU MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years Controls Systems Experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Arc Flash awareness training
