At Honeywell, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager & Hybrid Administrator to join our team. This unique role, officially titled “Facility Management Technician,” will allow you to play a crucial part in supporting our warehouse management and operational activities while providing essential administrative support to the Service Manager and service teams. Your expertise will ensure our facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance, creating a productive and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
This role is a 1st shift with the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm and will be onsite.

As an Experienced Facilities Management Technician here at Honeywell, you will you will hold a senior-level role and maintain a strong focus on managing and optimizing the maintenance and operational aspects of an organization's physical facilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and sustainability of facilities while adhering to industry standards and regulations. You will report directly to our Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Kanata ON location on a onsite work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6+ years in warehouse management, shipping, and receiving operations.
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance with the government of Canada.

5+ administrative experience with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The annual base salary range for this position is $47,400 - $63,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of goods. Ensure the warehouse is organized and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the Service Manager to maintain the functionality and safety of our physical facilities, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Service Manager with administrative tasks, including managing purchase orders, processing call-ups, ordering parts, and generating reports to fulfill contractual obligations effectively.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold high standards of workplace safety and compliance, ensuring all warehouse activities meet company policies and industry regulations.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the warehouse and service teams, facilitating smooth communication and coordination of operations.
- On-Site Presence: Work primarily on-site in Kanata, ON, transitioning to Ottawa, ON, in accordance with our relocation plans.
