As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that drive informed business decisions and contribute to the company’s financial success.

You will report directly to our finance leadership, and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the accuracy and timeliness of financial data analysis, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide actionable insights that influence strategic initiatives and operational improvements across the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fully Bilingual
• 5–7 years of experience in costing, journal entries, and financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and prepare detailed reports.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial planning.

* Perform costing analysis for PN (part numbers) including BOM, PIR, and Routing.
* Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close process.
* Support month-end activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
* Conduct P&L (Profit & Loss) and OI (Operating Income) analysis, identifying key drivers of variances.
* Manage Capex tracking and follow-up.
* Coordinate annual inventory and ensure accurate valuation.
* Perform complex analysis in PPV (Purchase Price Variance), expense accounts, freight, payroll, and other cost drivers.
* Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements.
* Provide detailed reporting using SAP and Hyperion.
* Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure cost accuracy and efficiency.
