As a Senior HR Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting HR aspects of Honeywell's mergers and acquisitions activities. You will be responsible for overseeing HR projects related to M&A, including integration planning, change management, and workforce transition to ensure smooth and successful mergers and acquisitions. Your expertise in HR project management combined with knowledge of M&A processes will be essential in driving strategic growth and organizational success.
You will report directly to our HR leadership team and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring effective HR integration and alignment during mergers and acquisitions, supporting employee engagement and retention, and facilitating change management to enable seamless transitions and maximize value from M&A transactions.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR project management, preferably with exposure to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex HR projects and drive successful integration efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of change management and workforce transition strategies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in M&A HR integration and organizational change management.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools supporting M&A activities.
