As a Senior HR Generalist here at Honeywell, you will be an integral part of the US&C Regional HR team, delivering strategic and operational HR support across the region. You will manage a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policy implementation. Your role will involve partnering closely with business leaders and employees to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.

You will report directly to our Director HR, Daniel Rubio, and you’ll work out of our Hamilton, NJ location while also supporting Mt Laurel, NJ, and other locations as assigned on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by shaping and executing HR strategies that foster employee engagement, support talent development, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture across the US&C region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees within the US&C region, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Lead and support talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
  • Drive the execution of HR programs and initiatives that support regional business objectives and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders to implement best practices and continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational effectiveness strategies within the region.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,300.00 - $125,400.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

MUST HAVES

  • 3 plus years of HR experience as a business partner, HR Generalist, or in a corporate-level HR role.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment law applicable to the US market.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and lead investigations effectively.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management tools to support HR operations efficiently.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a regional or corporate HR business partner role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective partnerships across the organization.
  • Ability to navigate and interpret complex HR regulations and legal requirements.
