- Ability to develop test plans based on project schedule and system / product specifications
- Ability to develop test cases and scenarios based on requirements and designs
- Skill to investigate and troubleshoot problems
- Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English
- Strong testing project management and organization skills. Detail oriented. Must be a self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- HVAC domain and product knowledge is a plus
- Experience in testing of mechanical products following test standards (IEC, UL etc) is a plus
- Work with Software Development team in performing Product and System integration test for Hardware and Software
- Perform testing tasks throughout the project cycle: Analyze requirements, develop test plan, test cases/scripts, execute tests, create reports and make recommendations for improvement
- Investigate, troubleshoot and escalate problems
- Work closely with coworkers and other teams to drive product quality
- BS/MS in Engineering in Automation Control / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science
- Knowledge of testing and career planning in testing area
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Java Script for writing automated tests
