We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Data Analysis Engineer with a background or interest in computer science, data science, or related technical fields. The selected candidate will join the Manufacturing Data Analysis team, working within a multidisciplinary group with expertise in production data analytics, prototype and post‑repair unit evaluation, non‑conformity management, and implementation of robust root‑cause analysis methodologies.
In this role, the candidate will work closely with engineering, test, and production teams to enhance product performance, improve manufacturing yield, and support continuous improvement activities across the production lifecycle. The position offers the opportunity to develop advanced knowledge in the field of inertial navigation systems, product industrialization processes, and data‑driven problem solving.

- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in manufacturing processes and data-driven improvement.
- Good knowledge of Matlab and Python.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Foundation in computer science, data science, mathematical engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, or scripting languages is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a structured approach to root cause analysis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Acquiring advanced technical knowledge in inertial navigation systems, sensor behavior, and data analysis methodologies.
- Developing and optimizing testing procedures for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and released products, ensuring robust validation and high‑quality manufacturing processes.
- Supporting debugging activities through Failure Analysis (FA) and structured root cause analysis to improve production yield and process stability.
- Contributing to automation of data analysis workflows, including data extraction, transformation, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Deepening expertise in database management, including SQL-based querying and data structuring for manufacturing environments.
- Supporting product industrialization activities, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth transition from prototype to full‑scale production.
- Investigating and supporting resolution of non‑conforming materials, enabling fast and accurate identification of quality issues.
- Developing and maintaining production statistics, leveraging data to identify trends, highlight inefficiencies, and propose improvement actions to enhance yield and productivity.
