Job Description:
* Define system hierarchy of aircraft systems e.g. Engine, Auxiliary Power Unit etc. and their functionality.
* Managing requirements from elicitation, definition/capture, decomposition, allocation, prioritization, tracking, test mapping and derived identification.
* Utilizing requirements management and modelling tools such as CAMEO, DOORS-NG.
* Develop and maintain system models using tools like SysML, Cameo and drive adoption of MBSE practices to reduce design cycle time and improve traceability
* Performing system integration and requirement audits by maintaining broad perspective to manage achievement of technical deliverables.
* Develop certification/qualification strategy and reports.
* Drive Product Cost Management initiatives and execution of cost take out ideas.
* Systems Verification and Validation (V&V).
* Define Measures of Effectiveness & Measures of Performance for the system for future platform offerings/updates on current programs/platforms.
* Lead, plan and coordinate engineering review activities associated with PDR, CDR milestones working with LSE.

Basic Qualification:
* Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, Master degree would be advantageous.
* Minimum of 6 years experience with 3 years Systems Engineering and MBSE background. INCOSE ASEP/CSEP preferred.
* Working experience and knowledge of aircraft systems.
* Good understanding of Systems Development Standards (DO160 etc.) and testing
* Good understanding of engine certification standards and process
* Proficient with Requirement Management Tools such as DOORS-NG, CAMEO SysML.
* Able to work independently and manage teams
* Good leadership skill to drive team with global mind set
* Good algorithm and programming skills
* Familiarity with the system development life cycle.
* Design for Six Sigma skills desirable.
