YOU MUST HAVE
- At least five (5) years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.

FAA REQUIREMENTS
