Manufacturing Training & Analytics Lead

The Manufacturing Training & Analytics Lead is a hybrid role that combines hands-on workforce development with advanced data analytics. This position ensures production teams are fully trained, compliant, and capable, while also driving operational excellence through data‑driven insights, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Develop and deliver training for production processes, equipment operation, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Maintain training materials, certification records, and competency assessments.
- Support onboarding and cross‑training to build a flexible, multi‑skilled workforce.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to ensure training reflects current procedures and best practices.
Data Analytics & Process Improvement
- Lead data collection, validation, and analysis to monitor KPIs such as yield, downtime, throughput, and COPQ.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to support daily management and leadership decision‑
- Conduct root cause analysis using statistical tools, trend analysis, and multi‑level Pareto charts.
- Identify performance gaps, prioritize improvement opportunities, and support corrective action validation.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor production staff and analysts in data literacy, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement methods.
- Communicate insights, training outcomes, and recommendations to leadership in clear, actionable formats.
- Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and data‑driven decision‑making across the production floor.
- Develop and manage project plans, including estimates, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

As a Manufacturing Training & Analytics Lead here at Honeywell, you will oversee production processes, ensure goals are met efficiently, maintain quality and safety standards, lead a team, manage resources, and implement improvements. You will report directly to our Sr. ISC Operations Manager and you’ll work on-site, out of our Clearwater, FL location.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, training, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and statistical analysis tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, adult learning principles, and safety standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Operations, or related discipline preferred.
