You will report directly to our Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by leveraging your expertise in business systems analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize system functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.

As a Sr IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will lead high-impact IT projects, drive data-informed decisions, and enhance operational efficiency. YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business systems analysis or related role.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and systems.
• Experience with system implementation and project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

THE BUSINESS UNIT
Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including aircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical components, and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds, an aircraft lands with Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.
