As a Lead Data Warehouse Analyst here at Honeywell, you will lead the charge in optimizing data storage, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring that our data warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will report directly to our Director of Data Management and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

As a Data Warehouse Analyst at Honeywell, you will lead the charge in optimizing data storage, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring that our data warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of data modeling techniques and practices.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data architecture, and database design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies such as AWS Certified Data Analytics or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks, such as Hadoop and Spark.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior data analysts.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to adopting new technologies and methodologies.
  • Previous experience in industries with complex regulatory and compliance requirements, such as healthcare or finance.
