As a Sr Channel Mktng Specialist here at Honeywell, you will lead marketing initiatives for the Korea Building Automation business, particularly Fire Alarm business segment. The role is responsible for driving demand generation campaigns and GTM programs with sales and other cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable and profitable business growth.
You will report directly to our Channel Marketing Manager and you’ll work out of our Seoul, South Korea.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve key marketing KPIs and accelerate revenue and business growth.
- Analyze business data and market trends to generate insights, evaluate their potential impact on the business, and communicate findings to enable proactive actions.
- Go-To-Market : Develop and execute GTM strategies and launch plan for new products / solutions to contribute revenue and business growth.
- Plan and execute channel initiatives to drive channel sales growth, while working closely with sales to recruit and develop new channels to support business expansion.
- Demand Generation : Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to convert prospects into qualified pipeline and support revenue growth.
- Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability to drive revenue and margin growth.
- Collaborate with Korea, ASEAN & East Asia/(AEA) and global teams to deliver marketing KPIs and demand generation initiatives while managing communication and alignment with channel partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategies, Planning and Market Insight
- Market Intelligence : Conduct market and competitive landscape analysis (TAM, SAM, SOD) to understand market dynamics and formulate effective and competitive strategies. Analyze Vertical / Core / Potential market trends and insights to identify growth opportunities and formulate strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Develop and execute 3 – 5year long-term strategic plans (STRAP) : Market Analysis, Growth plan, Key Initiatives, Investment plan
- Annual Operation Plan : Plan and execute marketing KPIs aligned with annual business plan to drive revenue and business growth.
- Regular reporting for process, business result, ROMI to local / AEA leadership
- New Products / Solution Initiatives (NPI) Drives
- Develop and implement GTM plans for NPIs to support business growth.
- NPI launching and commercialization
- Preparing marketing materials: Design / localization Datasheets / Brochures / Catalogues / Sales pitches / Application guide / User guide / Videoclips, etc.
- Sharing product update, information with Korea team (Sales, Tech, etc) through co-work with Global / AEA team
- Gathering VOC, market / sales requirements and discussing with global / AEA offering team.
- Channel Drives
- Launch and drive channel partner program; Setting targets, design and implement incentive plan, regular progress / performance review with channels
- Managing MDF (Market Development Fund) for relevant channels
- Marketing activities to develop new channels at target markets
- Gathering customers’ voices and feedback through regular surveys
- Demand Generation & Nurturing
- Planning, getting approval and implement annual demand generation programs
- Leading marketing events: Conference, Seminar, Roadshow, Webinar, etc.
- Improving Awareness: Advertising, PR, branding, media relations
- Digital marketing: Webpage management, social media
- Managing & collaborating vendors, develop & register new vendor to improve marketing activities.
- Develop leads (MQL) and nurture pipeline (MPG) and revenue (MGR)
- Measure and improve ROMI (Return Of Marketing Investment)
- Pricing & Profit improvement
- Setting pricing plan for local market according to global pricing policies and strategies
- Setting List price and selling price to maximize both profit & competitiveness
- Review and approve sales quotation and provide analysis results to higher level approvers.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 6 years Marketing experience in the B2B companies in the industrial field.
- Understanding business Profit & Loss (P&L) structure
- Language: Fluent in Korean and business level English. No barrier to communicate with global people in English (Reading, Writing and Communication)

- Strong understanding of new product/solution launching & Go-To-Market (GTM), brand marketing, Demand generation & nurturing
- Field experience at Fire Alarm is better
- No barriers to using MS Office, CRM (SFDC, Tableau, Marketo, Power BI, etc) and required systems & tools
- No barrier for international travel
- Proactive, organized, and detail oriented
- Strong collaborator and communicator: Experience working with complex stakeholder groups, including sales, executives, and partners.
- Strategic thinking and project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and results orientation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
