As a Sr HSE Engineer, you will report directly to our ISC HSE Director and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule. This role will require travel to oversee governance and legal requirements across 50 locations, working closely with HSE focal points at each site and site leaders. In addition to this role, you will help support the ISC HSE Director for ISC-related initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
  • Certification in HSE or a related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 10-30% to Honeywell offices throughout the US.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct site-level risk assessments and collaborate with location teams to execute necessary actions and improvements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications across all office locations.
