Sr Project Management Specialist
You will report directly to our Director Engineering, and you’ll work out of our Pune, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact on the success of our global initiatives by leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage global project execution modernization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and adoption phases of Teamcenter, Polarion/DRIM and Rule Stream, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives or projects across various functions to optimize processes and resource utilization.
- Monitor and ensure productivity is realized as per the established plan by analyzing performance metrics, providing feedback, and implementing process improvements as needed.
- Oversee software deployment projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful implementation.
- Foster adoption of new processes and tools within the organization by developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to users.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or equivalent.
- Experience in driving software deployment projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Basic project management skills including scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and analysis.
