By driving qualified leads and pipeline growth, you will contribute to the company's revenue generation and business growth. Your ability to optimise lead generation campaigns and programs will help expand the customer base and increase market share, positioning Honeywell as a leader in the industry.

- 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Field Sales, Marketing or adjacent roles.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Life Sciences related industry, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, genomics, and food & beverage
- Experience in technology or enterprise software, especially SaaS
- Excellent client facing skills with ability to engage with C-suite & senior executives.

- Drive qualified pipeline growth through targeted demand‑generation strategies and optimised lead‑generation campaigns.
- Analyse and manage lead data to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and overall funnel performance.
- Conduct market, company, and contact research to uncover new sales opportunities and support relationship development.
- Create effective prospecting scripts, qualify leads using BANT, and maintain accurate account data in Salesforce.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to nurture prospects, share insights, and support Territory and Opportunity planning.
