As a Sr Cust Exp Specialist here at Honeywell, you will enhance customer satisfaction by developing strategies, analyzing feedback, and driving improvements. YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or related role.
  • English proficient
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

WE VALUE

  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM such as SAP and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with order management systems and processes.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipping dates, and product issues through calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, and Sales to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Process customer orders, including order entry, changes, and returns, while monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.
