We are looking for an ambitious and driven Honeywell Aerospace – Transformation Analyst. This role will report to the Sr. Director Transformation for Aerospace with broad opportunity to develop and demonstrate process knowledge & leadership skills, while playing an instrumental role in the success of the company. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance performance

As a Business Transformation Analyst here at Honeywell, you will drive business growth, identify new opportunities, conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Analyst, preferably in Transformation or Change Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in Program/project management, process development, or related area
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- SAP, Microsoft Tools experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with Global cross-functional teams

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to derive insights and recommendations.
- Support workshops and training sessions to educate teams on best practices and transformation methodologies.
- Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition during transformation projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to transformation and operational efficiency.
