As a Sr Matls Planning Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our materials planning processes. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ensuring that materials are available when customer request date and conditions. Your contributions will help minimize inventory costs, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.

As a Sr Matls Planning Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee and optimize materials planning, ensuring smooth supply chain operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives and be responsible of international logistics . You’ll work out of our Barueri location on a Hybrid, work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in materials planning or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with ERP systems and materials planning software
  • English Advanced

  • Manage the international logistics process.
  • Oversee the materials planning and inventory control processes
  • Lead a team of materials planners and provide guidance and support
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the availability of materials for customer orders
  • Analyze demand forecasts and monitor inventory levels
  • Implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce costs
  • Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the materials planning process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
