As a Sr Trade Compliance Manager here at Honeywell, you will ensure compliance with international trade regulations and manage the import and export activities of the company. Your role is crucial in maintaining Honeywell's reputation as a trusted global partner while facilitating smooth cross-border transactions.
You will report directly to our Director of Trade Compliance and you’ll work out of our Cd Juarez, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's global operations by developing and implementing trade compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to import and export regulations, and providing guidance to internal stakeholders.

As a Senior Trade Compliance Manager at Honeywell, you will have a significant impact on the company's global operations and success by ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and minimizing risks related to import and export violations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 10 years of maquiladora experience in trade compliance.
- Strong knowledge of import and export regulations.
- Experience in managing trade compliance programs as AEO
- Proficiency with trade compliance software, such as SAP GTS or Amber Road.

- Develop and implement maquiladora trade compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to maquiladora import and export regulations.
- Manage and oversee maquiladora import and export documentation, including classification, licensing, and customs documentation.
- Conduct maquiladora internal audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
