As an Advanced Cyber Sec Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, fortify defenses against threats, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will report directly to our Cyber sec manager and you’ll work out of our Brno, Czechia location on a Hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in a cyber security
- 2-3 years of experience with Zero trust technologies and/or firewall experience
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practice
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or another related field
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with leading cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect our digital infrastructure and sensitive data
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership to develop and execute our cybersecurity strategy
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents
- Stay uptodate with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our security posture
