As a Hospitality Offering Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing, leading and managing our portfolio of hospitality solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry. Your expertise and leadership will help us deliver innovative and reliable solutions to our customers, enabling them to enhance guest experiences and improve operational efficiency.
You will report directly to our GM of Hospitality Solutions and you'll work out of our Honeywell Office in Shanghai, China. This position requires a combination of remote and on-site work.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or Product / Offering Management roles within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and customer needs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Knowledge of Honeywell's hospitality solutions or similar products
• Ability to travel as needed
