This role translates complex ESG regulations into scalable data, analytics, and reporting solutions, ensuring audit is ready, accurate, and decision useful ESG information for internal and external stakeholders. The Director partners cross functionally across Legal, Sustainability, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and HR to enable consistent, data driven ESG compliance and reporting.

The ESG Compliance Analytics Director leads the development, governance, and execution of enterprise wide ESG data, analytics, and disclosure controls to support compliance with global ESG regulatory requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of experience in Legal Operations or related role
  • Strong knowledge of legal department operations and best practices
  • Experience in implementing and managing legal technology tools and systems
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting methodologies
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
