As a Sr Materials Mgmt Analyst here at Honeywell, you will support and improve the supply chain planning & execution process, manage materials planning, and resolve supply chain issues.You will report directly to our Sr Supply Planning Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Ciudad Juarez location on a On-site, work schedule.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.
- Experience: Several years of experience in materials planning, procurement, or manufacturing logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Inventory & Material Planning: Monitor inventory levels, maintain material master accuracy, and set stock strategies (e.g., Min/Max, Push vs. Pull) to optimize availability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze material data to identify cost-saving opportunities and forecast future requirements.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve shortages.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve material flow, reduce inventory, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Financial Control: Monitor cost variances, assist in budgeting, and support financial decision-making, often reporting to management.
