As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety within our manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for managing a team, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location on an On-Site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and effectiveness of our production operations, directly contributing to the success of our business by ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards and delivered on time.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in production management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in production planning, scheduling tools, & continuous improvement process.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards in a manufacturing environment.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience with ERP systems and production management software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Analyze production metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
