Lead Production Scheduling Coordinator

In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the SBG business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
- Monitor production performance and take corrective actions to ensure production targets are met
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
- Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization

As a Lead Production Scheduling Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will lead globally across the supply chain network to manage capacity and meet customer demand, impacting supply chain planning & execution. You will report directly to our Sr. Production Scheduling Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in materials management, operations, SIOP, inventory management, and procurement logistics.
- Strong knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems.
- Ability to lead and solve complex organizational problems.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- APICS or CPIM Certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Expertise on leading/driving change, and mentoring for new leaders or peers.
- Experience across professional disciplines within the material management function.
