Global Sr. HR Director | Process Automation

As the Global Sr. HR Director for PA at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the business objectives of SBG with the Senior Leaders. One primary focus area is on accelerating growth, and this role develops talent strategies and actions to help drive organic and inorganic (M&A) growth.
You will partner closely with PA Functional Leadership including pivotal commercial functions to fuel business growth as well as focus towards building business capabilities to pivot towards growth & productivity. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving organization design, workforce planning, end to end talent strategies, and will partner with & coach leaders.
You will report directly to the PA Vice President Human Resources. This role supports executive leaders and their teams. You will partner with these leaders to lead the strategic HR priorities and their deployment for Process Automation. You will work out of our Houston, TX office on a hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE
- At least 15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or a related field
- Master’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies and applicable law.
- Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action. A collaborative management style
- Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with senior levels in the organization
- Comfortable as a "hands-on" and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgement
- Experience in talent acquisition and talent management

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the structure, jobs, and skills in the organization match the long-term plans and goals while providing employees with meaningful career experiences
- Develop and manage workforce strategies and align with HR priorities to deliver business results
- Assess & manage labor costs and efficiency, own OEF and census plans for AOP and STRAP
- Communicate and partner with regional HR partners and COEs to ensure alignment with strategies and plans
- Design and own innovative talent solutions to find, hire, grow and keep talent aligned to the business strategy
- Design and implement an organizational structure and capabilities to ensure functional excellence and strengthen PA's commercial team to lead growth through proactive talent practices.
- Influence leaders and give unbiased coaching, advice and feedback.
