As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will provide expert-level technical leadership in the design and development of complex engineering projects, acting as the subject matter expert and driving technical excellence. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
• 6+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in leading and/or assisting in strategic decisions during regional events to assist in crisis response and business recovery efforts.
• Excellent project management and data analytics skills.
• Ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives at a global level with multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
