Principle Duties:

  • 10 + years of experience in the following industries: Fire, Security, ELV, Telecom
  • Lead the team of 3 to 4 engineers to deliver projects/packages - Control System Hardware/ Software /Detail Design/Graphics /Onsite Commissioning
  • Subject Matter Expert, having Design, engineering & commissioning experience for fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion system, intercom system.
  • Experience working with front end integrated system, SCADA & multiple system interfaces.
  • Working experience in ICT (Active & Passive components)
  • Experience setting up the VM & cyber security components like Firewall, Access control List etc. is advantage.
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is advantage.
  • Review inputs, ensure Scope clarity and map customer expectations in actual deliverables.
  • Groom Senior and Junior Engineering team members on technical expertise.
  • Communicating with different stakeholders in the project for project status, including progress, risk and any issues that may have an impact on project delivery.
  • Ensure Technical specs compliances & Quality deliverables for projects.
  • Ability/Knowledge to work on multiple Product lines from different vendors/OEMs in the Fire& Security domain.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in processes and standards and drives them to be a part of the project execution.
  • Contributes/delivers up to 1850Hrs per annum of billable hours to projects.
  • Ensure Quality and HSE playbook compliance management.
  • Participates in pre-sales estimate reviews to ensure necessary engineering labor is specified to meet contract requirements and sequence of operation.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction, meeting productivity / utilization targets, OTTR, Quality metrics within the engineering team.
  • Responsible for analyzing customer feedback and identifying appropriate actions to improve KPIs like Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Ensure effective use of various engineering & workflow tools, methodologies to achieve required productivity & quality goals.
