As a Lead Fire Alarm Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced technical support and expertise for fire alarm systems, ensuring the safety and compliance of our customers' facilities. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining fire alarm systems, driving customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Milwaukee, WI location.

In this role, you will impact the safety and efficiency of our customers' operations by ensuring that fire alarm systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with relevant regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot, install, and maintain fire alarm systems for various customers.
  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for fire alarm solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and compliance of fire alarm systems.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in fire alarm systems installation and maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Experience with project management and execution in field service settings.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies used in fire alarm systems.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in field service engineering, specifically with fire alarm systems.
