Honeywell’s Sundyne business is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for its global manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for executing on business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The role will be responsible for global manufacturing plant operations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 15+ years of direct manufacturing experience with leadership and management roles of increasing responsibility.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills in support of metrics, data, and process‐oriented objectives; ability to succinctly report on operations measures to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and drive operational strategies to support growth.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving strong employee engagement via listening and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • A flexible, dynamic, self‐demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others.
  • A clear ‘bias for action’ and sense of urgency to operate within a fast‐paced growth driven business.
  • A willingness and ability to display a ‘roll up the sleeves’ approach, engaging in driving tactical execution when necessary.
  • Proven track record of operational leadership for a highly engineered manufactured to order product lines.
  • Experience in leading global manufacturing teams to support highly engineering products of varying complexity and specifications.

Pay Range for Roles in Specific Location:

The annual base salary range for this position is $197,000 - $246,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Optimize global operations, supply chain and manufacturing efficiency to support product delivery and quality. Achieve financial targets, customer commitments, quality and EH&S goals. Implement corrective actions to address deviations from targets.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in each of the site locations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and Honeywell’s corporate policies.
  • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Safety Culture: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the plant operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices, including Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence principles and tools.
  • Integration: Lead the operational integration efforts by incorporating best practices from the Honeywell organization and Global Design Model and by learning and sharing Sundyne best practices that would benefit the broader Honeywell operations.
  • Customer Focus: Strong focus on internal and external customers.
