As a Sr Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network.

As a Sr Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will lead the global supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and optimize labor and machine resources to achieve business goals. You will report directly to our Sr Materials Mgmt Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez location on an On-site work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle events and transitions to support product portfolio vitality goals.
• Expertise in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English Level

• Create master production plan/program
• Coordinate engineering change activities from the materials side
• Push and pull planned and firm production orders
• Actively resolve demand issues, capacity constraints, and material availability
• Own supply KPIs: OTTR / OTTP, Past Due, site inventory, MPS loading, and schedule adherence
• Active participant in STD transition processes
• Collaborate with supply and materials planners to resolve issues
• Identify and address capacity constraints
• Create and review preliminary site capacity plans (cell, production line, etc.)
• Review constrained capacity and supply plans in the SIOP cycle
• Support the Inventory/Materials Planner to maintain accurate planning parameters/material master data
• Review changes in net demand requirements / supply plan / DRP
• Close engagement with Product Marketing for NPI / EOL / Promotion / Projects / PLC
• Scenario planning and optimization of inventory plans (Volume & Value $)
• Expedite materials with the purchasing team to support the production plan
• Mitigate excess or obsolete material
