About the Role

Honeywell Building Solutions is seeking a highly driven Senior Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships, grow market share, and drive business development across Queensland.

In this senior sales role, you’ll act as the primary interface with key customers, representing Honeywell’s broad portfolio including:

• Building Management Systems (BMS)

• HVAC & Controls

• Fire & Life Safety

• Energy & Sustainability solutions

• Connected Services (OT Cyber Security, SaaS)

• Electronic Security (Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms, etc.)

Your mission is to deliver growth, build trusted advisor status, and develop new opportunities across QLD—while championing customer outcomes and maximizing Honeywell’s business potential.

What Success Looks Like

• Achieving and exceeding revenue, margin, and growth targets.

• Accurate forecasting of new orders and pipeline opportunities.

• Development of effective territory strategies and pursuit plans.

• Becoming a trusted technology advisor for key accounts.

What You Bring

Experience

• Strong background in BMS, HVAC controls, Sustainability, Fire, Security, Cyber, and CCTV solutions.

• Proven strategic account management experience at senior customer levels.

• Commercial acumen with experience managing complex sales cycles.

Skills & Competencies

• High-level communication & presentation capability.

• Ability to articulate value and map solutions to customer needs.

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.

• Results oriented with ability to prioritise and pursue high value opportunities.

• Relationship builder with strong credibility and customer focus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; postgraduate business qualifications advantageous.
