As an Engineering Support Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to engineering and operations teams. You will report directly to our Materials Management Manager, and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful completion of projects, enhance support efficiency, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. By providing technical support and guidance, you will help Honeywell maintain its position as a global technology leader, delivering high-quality solutions that improve the quality of life for people around the world.

As an Eng Supp Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will provide technical support, lead a team, and improve support processes, ensuring project success and enhancing efficiency You will report directly to our Materials Management Manager, and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN location on a Hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 or more years of experience in engineering support or related roles.
- Proven track record of providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in engineering drawing & interpretation. WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as
- Experience in a technical support role within an engineering environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
- 1 or more years of SAP experience
- Familiarity with purchasing and quoting processes
- 1 or more years of Product Data Management experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support and guidance to Engineering, Configuration Management and Procurement teams.
- Work with Engineering and Configuration Management to support the Engineering Change Notification (ECN) process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve support efficiency and effectiveness.
