You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager, and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that we meet customer demands and maintain our commitment to quality and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Implement process improvements and optimize production schedules to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The annual base salary range for this position is Min 70,000 - Max 90,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
