We are seeking a Lead Security & Identity Architect who will take ownership of Honeywell’s end‑to‑end security architecture landscape, ensuring our global enterprise remains resilient, compliant, and future‑ready.
This role spans the full architectural ecosystem—Security, Identity & Access Management, Compliance, Cloud Security, and Enterprise Architecture governance. You will design the blueprint that connects technologies, processes, and teams across Honeywell, ensuring that all systems scale, integrate, and meet world‑class security and compliance standards.
You will partner with senior leaders, translate complex technical concepts into executive-ready visuals, and guide Honeywell’s digital transformation by building secure, modern architectures that support the business at every level.

As a guide Enterprise Architect at Honeywell, you will be accountable for designing and evolving our technology landscape, aligning our architecture with strategic business goals and industry best practices to ensure scalability, security, and compliance of our technology solutions.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 and more years of experience in IT & Security Architecture delivering scalable, secure solutions
- Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO27001, CIS, and global compliance frameworks
- Deep understanding of cloud security, IAM, encryption, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience influencing senior/executive stakeholders and simplifying complex topics
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (security certifications preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Security and IAM Architecture
- Develop and implement strategies for Security, Identity & Access Management, and enterprise Compliance architectures.
- Lead the design, documentation, and evolution of Honeywell’s global enterprise architecture.
- Evaluate and select secure, scalable technologies that meet compliance and resiliency standards.
- Establish Reference Architectures and standards aligned with industry best practices.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior business and technology leaders.
Governance, Alignment and Strategy
- Drive architectural alignment across teams and business units, ensuring adherence to strategy.
- Engage with the Enterprise Architecture Review Board to ensure governance across domains.
- Participate in architecture and business alignment forums to translate requirements into blueprints.
- Provide guidance on compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO27001, CIS, and export control (ITAR/EAR).
- Support enterprise security posture by assessing and improving security technologies and controls.
Innovation and Digital Transformation
- Identify opportunities to enhance architecture, reduce risk, and modernize security capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and tools to drive innovation.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by redefining and optimizing business processes.
- Offer domain expertise to influence strategy and long‑term architectural direction.
- Promote cross‑team collaboration to accelerate secure adoption of enterprise technologies.
